Terms & Conditions for Consigners

The Nitty Gritty

Occasionally on inspection items are found to have faults ie; marks, stains, holes & missing buttons, they will be put aside until the end of your consignment period for you to collect.

If your unsold or faulty pieces are not collected within 2 weeks of our email, we will follow up with a reminder text. We will never donate your pieces without advising you via email & text.

Pieces still not collected after the reminder will be donated without further correspondence.

Payments may be requested any time during your consignment period using the Form on our website & your payout will be transferred to you the following Wednesday.

If you do not request an interim payout, you will receive your payout in full at the end of your consignment period.

You can use your sales as Store Credit at any time.

Subsequent pieces brought in for consignment during an existing consignment period will be added to your account within 7 days. Please log on to your account after this time to view your updated inventory.

Pieces must be exclusively consigned with The Green Pear for the 8 week period, we request they are not listed on other resale platforms such as Depop or Marketplace & not collected prior to the 8 week period.

Pieces may be reduced by 30% after 6 weeks or at the end of season. This discount is shared between the Consigner & The Green Pear.

Any other discount will be absorbed as a ‘Store’ discount & does not affect the consigner’s portion of the sale.

Items over $500 will only be reduced after consultation with the consigner.
